15-minute staff guide
  1. 0–5 min · Record a request on your phone: choose service, team and time. For WhatsApp requests, select manual WhatsApp intake. Do not paste names or conversations.
  2. 5–10 min · Take ownership. Confirm availability with the responsible team, then update the status. Completing a request does not register a sale.
  3. 10–15 min · Check unresolved requests at handover. The authorised manager checks the sale amount and reads the report. Practise the flow together before the first shift.
